PUZZLE

Yeah well life is like a really big puzzle and everyone is just a little piece
You pour out this box of mass confusion and start whichever pile that you please

But everyone has some that fit better than others
And you just have to find which connect with you
And when your puzzle’s done and you have the full picture you see
Even those that didn’t fit you still contribute to the whole

I think maybe I’m a little piece of a mountain where it hits the edge of a really deep sea
Or maybe it’s the skyline and I’m upside down, I won’t know until I see who’s next to me

The sum of all the parts is not equal to the whole

But do you have the patience to put it all together, and do you have the time?
This puzzle is abstract just like the inside of my mind, but it is so sublime

I used to wish I could blend into the background so the focus would never be on me
But beauty will perish if we all fear our individuality
